Add a half to a full cup of salts into bathtub of water at 95 ̊ F or 35 ̊ C. Relax in the tub for 2 – 15 minutes.
Finish off with a cool rinse. Keep the water temperature constant.
Recommended daily for maximum results. At a minimum, use 3 times a week. This bottle will yield 7 baths at 1⁄2 cup per bath.
